I am a sun. |
Sometimes I forget that and I feel dark inside.
Sun, where are you? I call out to my sun.
I bring my beautiful golden sun back, and say, "Hello! I missed you!"
Then I ask it to come even closer . . . I can feel the warm sunlight shining all around and inside me again. How strong and happy I can be!
I feel my sun shining and I say my own name. I love my name . . . and I love my sun. My sun has the same name as I do. "Hello me, how are you?"
Everybody in the whole world has their very own sun . . .
. . . which has the very same name as they do.
Sometimes people forget all about this and they feel alone and dark inside . . . They can't remember how to shine.
Where is my sun? Did I leave it at school, or at my friend's house?
I call out to my golden sun . . . Dear sun, come back to me!
My sun has the same name as I do, and I write my name in my bright sun.
This morning I helped my sister to find her sun . . . She was sad because her friend didn't want to play with her today.
And now I know! If I feel sad or bad or dark inside, then I have forgotten about my very own sun. I'll say my name and call my sun back to me.
I am happy with myself, and I am happy with this day. I am a sun!
